Cheinco Housewares - Dukes Of Hazzard All-Purpose School Tin.  1981

The All-Purpose School Tin is often referred to as the Picnic Basket/Lunchbox Tin.  There are some scratches and rough areas around the handles and lid area.  The previous owners name is written on the inside of the lid in red permanent marker.   This displays well in any collection.
